You won’t find all this information about McWilliam on the Revital U website but we thought it would be a good idea that you know this. Besides, this shows that he actually has some experience with MLM in an Executive Role.

Looking on the Revital U website, we found details about their products as well as a launch/promotional video.

Let’s dive into the products that Revital U offers.

Revital U Products

Revital U offers a product called “Smart Caps” which is coffee in pill form. In addition, they have coffee that you can drink.

The Revital U website describes the “coffee” as an energizing coffee. And that just one spoon daily will aid your weight management, help to make you feel physically alert, and enable better mental concentration.

For the Smart Caps, their website says that with just one capsule a day, you will begin to experience an elevated state of mind and better physical and mental energy. Also that it can support your routine every day by activating the best version of U!

Product Packaging: The drinkable coffee comes in a Revital U coffee canister and costs $49.95 for a 30-day supply. It also comes in single-serve easy packets that last 30 days and cost a bit more at $54.99.

The Smart Caps coffee pills cost $49.99 for a 30-day supply.

Product Price Points: You can purchase Revital U products at 2 price points via either a one-time purchase cost or an auto-ship purchase price.

Opting for the auto-ship purchase price gives you $10 off on each 30 day supply.

The coffee MLM business is actually quite profitable when you consider the likes of Organo Gold and Valentus. Organo gold is one of the biggest and most successful MLM companies operating in the coffee niche.

Valentus is also a big name in coffee but they had a lot of issues in the past with some top members leaving the company after the owner was accused of being not forthcoming.

Revital U Compensation Plan

Revital U’s MLM pay structure is designed to pay affiliate commissions based on a unilevel compensation plan. In this kind of structure, other affiliates that you recruit directly can fall into one level only.

The Revital U compensation plan is structured in a way that you may grow as wide as you desire, and to develop your levels deeper, members recruited through you must build their teams as well.

Although not all unilevel plans work the same way, a downside we see with unilevel pay structures is the decrease in compensation at some stages. This happens when your team members get to higher levels as there tends to be a decrease in your compensation from that particular team.

Affiliates Ranks

Affiliates of Revital U can earn commissions on 8 different ranks:

Brand Influencer:
Immediately you sign up as an affiliate member.
Qualified Brand Influencer:
Recruit a minimum of 2 members personally that remain active,
and generate $99 PV monthly.
Executive Brand Influencer:
Refer no less than 4 active retail customers,
then maintain a minimum of 2 personally recruited members that remain active at the qualified brand influencer rank,
and generate at least $198 PV monthly.
Senior Brand Influencer:
Refer no less than 10 active retail customers,
then maintain a minimum of 3 personally recruited members that remain active at the Executive Brand Level,
also have a total of 50 active customers of the group,
and generate at least $399 PV monthly.
Regional Brand Influencer:
Recruit no less than 10 active retail customers,
then have a total of 1,000 group retail customers,
and generate at least $ 399 PV monthly.
National Brand Influencer:
Recruit no less than 10 active retail customers,
then maintain 2 executive brand influencers (recruited either directly or indirectly),
also have 2 regional brand influencers in up to 4 unilevel team legs (1 per leg),
have a total of 5,000 active retail customers,
and then generate at least $ 399 PV monthly.
Global Brand Influencer:
Refer no less than 10 active retail customers,
then maintain 4 regional brand influencers (recruited either directly or indirectly) sponsored in 4 unilevel team legs (1 per leg),
have a total of 15,000 thousand active retail customers,
and then generate at least $ 399 PV monthly.
Platinum Brand Influencer: Platinum Brand Influencer – 10 active customers + 6 Brand Influencers (any rank) + 50,000 active customers + $399 PV a month
Refer no less than 10 active retail customers,
then sponsor and maintain a minimum of 6 influencers (at any rank),
have a total of 50,000 active retail customers,
And then generate at least $ 399 PV monthly.

Retail Commissions

Revital U affiliates earn commissions off every sale they make to retail customers. The exact amount payable is tallied based on how many customers that each affiliate sells to.

Here’s how it works:

From 2 – 9 retail customers, affiliates get a 5% commission rate on sales.
From 10 – 14 retail customers, affiliates get a 10% commission rate on sales.
From 15 – 24 retail customers, affiliates get a 15% commission rate on sales.
From 25 retail customers and above, affiliates get a 25% commission rate on sales.

The commissions are considered on a monthly basis and reset every new month. For instance, 5 customers in February will earn you a 5% commission and start over in March.

New Customer Bonus

Revital U affiliates earn additional bonuses for referring retail customers which are:

Refer 5 retail customers and get a $ 50 bonus.
Refer 10 retail customers and get a $100 bonus.
Refer 15 retail customers and get a $200 bonus.
Refer 25 retail customers and get a $500 bonus.

Similar to how sales commissions are structured and calculated (as we explained in the previous section), the percentages for new customer bonuses start afresh every new month. Therefore, if you successfully referred 7 retail customers in May, your earnings will be a $50 bonus commission and reset back to zero in June.

Residual Commissions

As an affiliate of Revital U, you also enjoy the benefits of earning residual commissions. In a typical unilevel team pay structure, as your team grows, you will be entitled to residual commissions. This is one of the major attractions that draw people to stake their money in MLM companies.

The Revital U commissions are based on what level you’re qualified at and how many retail customers you have.

For Brand Influencers:

From 2 to 9 active retail customers, you get a 2% rate on the remaining commissions until there’s another affiliate of the same rank or higher existing in each leg of the unilevel team.
From 10 to 14 active retail customers, you get 2% residual commission until there’s another affiliate of the same rank or higher existing in each leg of the unilevel team, then 1% rate on an affiliate volume that’s equal to or greater than the first generation.
15 to 24 active retail customers, you get 2% rate on the remaining commissions until there’s another affiliate of the same rank or higher existing in each leg of the unilevel team, then 1% rate on an affiliate volume that’s equal to or greater than both the first and second generations.
25 or more active retail customers, you get 2% residual commission until there’s another affiliate of the same rank or higher existing in every segment of the unilevel team, then 1% on the first, second, and third generations.

For Executive Brand Influencers, the commissions are higher and are calculated this way:

Senior Influencer (this is for Leaders and Seniors): You get a 2% residual fee until there’s another affiliate of the same rank or higher existing in each unilevel team leg, then 1% on an affiliate volume that’s equal to or greater than the first generation.
Regional Brand Influencer: You get 2% residual commission until there’s another affiliate of the same rank or higher rank existing in each leg of the unilevel team, then 1% on an affiliate volume that’s equal to or greater than the first, second, and third generations.
National and Global Brand Influencers: You get 2% of remaining commissions until there’s another affiliate of the same rank or higher existing in each leg of the unilevel team, then 1% on an affiliate volume that’s equal to or greater than the first generation.
Platinum Brand Influencers: You get 2% of residual commissions up till when there’s another affiliate of the Platinum Brand Influencer rank in each leg of the unilevel team.

Additional Bonus for Higher Ranks

Once you attain the Executive Brand Influencers level or higher, you’re entitled to the following bonuses:

Attain Executive Brand Influencer rank within 30 days of joining and get a $250 bonus.
Attain Senior Brand Influencer rank within 60 days of joining and get a $500 bonus.
Attain Regional Brand Influencer rank within 90 days of joining and get a $1000 bonus.
Attain National Brand Influencer rank level at any time and get a $5000 bonus.
Attain Global Brand Influencer rank level at any time and get a $10,000 bonus.
Attain Platinum Brand Influencer rank level at any time and get a $50,000 bonus.

Monthly Promotions

In addition to all the above, Revital U also offers its affiliates a bonus based on their sales volume to retail customers. This bonus can be up to $50,000 in a month.
