Alexander Chebotarev and Grigory Shemet work as Technical and Marketing Director respectively according to the Biznet website. Both Mr. Chebotarev and Shemet are listed as the founders for this business opportunity.

We couldn't find any MLM history about any of the two. The only reference is in the Biznet marketing material.

The domain used for Biznet (“biznet.pw”) got registered last on March. Registration details for the Biznet were updated early this year.

Mr. Shemet, one of the owners of Biznet has a Russian address listed, specifically in Saint Petersburg. However, the location for the website is in the offshore tax-haven, Belize.

Biznet is incorporated in the United Kingdom about five months ago on March 20th. Our research found that the company doesn't operate physically in the UK, the Biznet Group altogether seems to be an empty shell of an enterprise.

BizNet Products

BizNet doesn't have products or services on retail. Biznet Members only have the chance to market the company's memberships.

The Compensation Plan

Biznet Members have an obligation to invest a minimum of $25. The company works on a monthly ROI promise that doesn't end. The Biznet plans for investment split between cryptocurrency trading and forex.

The forex plan for Biznet makes members invest a minimum $25 and then get a 20%-30% in ROI monthly. Now, the crypto currency plans for investment work like this:

The Biznet Standard Investment Plan makes members make a $25 investment, and in return get a 15% back monthly in ROI.
The Ultra Investment Plan makes members make a $3000 investment, and in return get a 21% back monthly in ROI.
The Biznet Ultimate Investment Plan makes members make a $10,000 investment, and in return get a 27% back monthly in ROI.

BizNet pays its referral commissions through a uni-level structure. It works putting a member at the top of an uni-level tree, every direct recruit is put beneath him, that makes level one.

When a level one Biznet member recruits, those people go on level two of the uni-level tree. This happens the same way for each level within the Biznet tree. There isn't a limit of levels for the structure.

Nevertheless, BizNet places a cap on the payment for structure's levels. Ten is the maximum based on the following criteria:

To qualify for participant level, a member needs to make a $100 in downline investment. In turn, it gives them 7% on direct recruits.
To qualify for agent level, a member needs to invest $100and make a $1000 in downline investment. In turn, it gives them 7% on direct recruits and 5% on level two recruits.
To qualify for consultant level, a member needs to invest $250 make a $5000 in downline investment. In turn, it gives them 7% on direct recruits, 5% on level two and 3% on level three recruits.
To qualify for junior manager level, a member needs to invest $500 and make a $25,000 in downline investment. In turn, it gives them 7% on direct recruits, 5% on level two, 3% on level three and 2% on level four recruits.
To qualify for manager level, a member needs to invest $1000 make a $10,000 in downline investment. In turn, it gives them 7% on direct recruits, 5% on level two, 3% on level three, 2% on level four and 1.5% on level five recruits.
To qualify for top manager level, a member needs to invest $5000 make a $500,000 in downline investment. In turn, it gives them 7% on direct recruits, 5% on level two, 3% on level three, 2% on level four, 1.5% on level five and 1% on level six recruits.
To qualify for CEO level, a member needs to invest $10,000 make a $1,000,000 in downline investment. In turn, it gives them 7% on direct recruits, 5% on level two, 3% on level three, 2% on level four, 1.5% on level five, 1% on level six and 0.5% on level seven recruits.
To qualify for Silver Affiliate level, a member needs to invest $15,000 make a $3,000,000 in downline investment. In turn, it gives them 7% on direct recruits, 5% on level two, 3% on level three, 2% on level four, 1.5% on level five, 1% on level six and 0.5% on level seven and eight recruits.
To qualify for Goldel Affiliate level, a member needs to invest $30,000 make a $9,000,000 in downline investment. In turn, it gives them 7% on direct recruits, 5% on level two, 3% on level three, 2% on level four, 1.5% on level five, 1% on level six and 0.5% on level seven to nine recruits.
To qualify for Platinum Affiliate level, a member needs to invest $50,000 make a $27,000,000 in downline investment. In turn, it gives them 7% on direct recruits, 5% on level two, 3% on level three, 2% on level four, 1.5% on level five, 1% on level six and 0.5% on level seven to ten recruits.

Biznet has a teamwork bonus that comes out of the investment volume of a member's strongest part of his/her uni-level tree. This teamwork bonus calculates itself every three months.

Members that qualify for Junior Managers get a 0.5% Teamwork Bonus
Members that qualify for top managers get a 1.5% Teamwork Bonus
Members that qualify for CEO and higher get a 2% Teamwork Bonus

Biznet also has a global bonus paid based on the totality of investment in the company. Only Silver, Golden and Platinum members qualify:

Silver members get 0.5% of the Global Bonus pool
Golden members get 1% of the Global Bonus pool
Platinum members get 1.5% of the Global Bonus pool

There's also a Biznet rank achievement bonus for members when they acquire Agent and further ranks. They can get these one-time bonuses.

When a Biznet member gets agent level, he/she gets a $50 bonus
When a member gets consultant level, he/she gets a $250 bonus
When a member gets manager level, he/she gets a $1000 bonus
When a Biznet member gets junior manager level, he/she gets a $5000 bonus
When a member gets top manager level, he/she gets a $25,000 bonus
When a member gets CEO level, he/she gets a $50,000 bonus
When a member gets Silver Member level, he/she gets a $150,00 bonus
When a member gets Golden Member level, he/she gets a $300,00 bonus
When a Biznet member gets Platinum Member level, he/she gets a $500,000 bonus

Joining In

Joining in Biznet is free, but for participating in the MLM opportunity, a member needs to invest a minimum of $100.

The Final Word on Biznet

Biznet tries to prove their legitimacy in forex and cryptocurrency trading with marketing videos that show live trading within Biznet.

That activity doesn't relate in any way to payment in ROI. It all points out to Biznet being a Ponzi scheme.

Biznet doesn't have anything to back up their claims about generating monthly ROIs, and even if they did, why would they need recruiting people on the internet.

If everything that Biznet says were true, they would make a fortune with the advertised ROI that they offer, and it doesn't sound right when you try to do the math about the business.

As we've mentioned in past reviews, Ponzi's die down once recruitment slows, collapse is inevitable, and people are losing money in this MLM, you're fortunate that it isn't you the one investing.
