CryptOnion offers a UK incorporation number on their website for “CryptOnion Limited”.
On July 31st, 2017, CryptOnion Limited was incorporated using the same Bristol address used to incorporate the recently launched Ecovill Nature ponzi scheme.
UK incorporation is cheap and unregulated for the most part. They are much preferred among scammers seeking to incorporate dodgy companies.
If an MLM company does not reveal who is running or owns it, think twice before joining and/or investing any money.

There are no retailable products or services offered by CryptOnion. The affiliates are only able to market CryptOnion affiliate membership itself.
The Compensation Plan
The affiliates of CryptOnion invest funds on the promise of an advertised ROI:
- Invest $10 to $199 to get a 250% ROI after 200 days
- Invest $200 to $1499 to get a $297% ROI after 220 days
- Invest $1500 to $9999 to get a 348% ROI after 240 days
- Invest $10,000 to $20,000 to get a 403% ROI after 260 days
Referral commissions are paid by CryptOnion via a unilevel compensation structure.
An affiliate is placed at the top of a unilevel team by a unilevel compensation structure. Every personally recruited affiliate is placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are put on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are put on level 3 and so on down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
The payable unilevel levels are capped by CryptOnion at 11, with referral commissions given out as a percentage of funds invested across these 11 levels:
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) : 8%
- level 2 : 7.2%
- level 3 : 6.4%
- level 4 : 5.6%
- level 5 : 4.8%

The affiliate membership of CrytptOnion is free. However, free affiliates can only earn referral commissions.
To fully participate in the CryptOnion MLM opportunity needs a minimum $10 investment.
Summing Up
CryptOnion claim to produce ROI revenuevia “trade cryptocurrency” [sic].
However, there is no proof of any cryptocurrency trading happening, nor profits created via trading being used to pay affiliates.
Also, CryptOnion’s claims fail the Ponzi logic test.
If the anonymous owner(s) of CryptOnion were able to trade cryptocurrency to the tune of over 403% every 260 days (that’s 566% yearly), they won’t be sharing that profit with randoms over the internet.
New affiliate investment is the only verifiable source of revenue entering CryptOnion.
The use of new investment to pay existing affiliates a daily ROI makes CryptOnion a Ponzi scheme.
Having launched before Ecovill Nature, it is probable CryptOnion is preparing for investor losses as the 1st round of invested funds approach maturity.
200 days from a July, 2017 launch puts at late January or early February, 2018, which is nearing.
Once funds stolen from the affiliates of Ecovill Nature are exhausted though, CryptOnion will go back to square one. There will be no money to pay out affiliates with.
The sad truth about Ponzi schemes is that in order for owners and early investors to run away with the majority of invested funds, most of the participants have to lose out.
