Three-Tier Bitcoin Cash Gifting Scam?
There is absolutely no information on the FastBTC website signifying who owns or runs the business.
The FastBTC website domain, fastbtc.info, was registered on November 28, 2016. Faisal Kamal is listed as the owner, with an address in Dubai.
On his LinkedIn profile, Kamal refers to himself as a Supervisor at Forever Living Products.
Other MLM opportunities Kamal has recently been involved in are mostly of the cash gifting variety and are as follows: ZarFund, The Dollar Sharing, 2×2 Funds, Coin Leaders (Ponzi points), RiseBits, VertigoBTC, 3×2 Core, 2×4 Club, Binary Global and Verdant BTC.
When Kamal is not scamming people through cash gifting schemes, his is an IT Systems Analyst at Dubai Petroleum.

FastBTC Product Line
FastBTC has no retailable products or services whatsoever, with members only capable of marketing FastBTC affiliate membership itself.
FastBTC Compensation Plan
The FastBTC compensation plan has members’ gift bitcoin to each other through a 2×3 matrix.
A 2×3 matrix puts a FastBTC member at the top of a matrix, with 2 spots directly underneath them.
These 2 spots form the initial level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is created by splitting each of the two initial level spots into another two spots each (4 positions)
The third level of the matrix is produced in the same manner, with a complete 2×3 matrix holding fourteen spots.
Each Fast BTC matrix level operates as an individual cash gifting tier, requiring a gifting payment made to qualify to receive funds from other FastBTC members.
A Fast BTC member starts by gifting 0.04 BTC to the member who recruited them.
This payment qualifies the member to receive 0.04 BTC from two members recruited into the initial level of their matrix.
The second level of the matrix is unlocked by again gifting 0.07 BTC. This payment qualifies the member to receive 0.07 BTC from four members.
The third gifting payment is 0.2 BTC, which qualifies a member to receive 0.2 BTC from eight members.
Take Note: All gifting payments in FastBTC (both paid and received) are on a 30-day monthly subscription.
Joining FastBTC
Fast BTC affiliate membership is completed by a minimum 0.04 BTC gifting payment to the member who recruited you.
Complete participation in the FastBTC income opportunity costs 0.31 BTC every 30 days.
FastBTC – Our Conclusion
After most likely losing money in more than a few of the cash gifting scams he’s recently joined, Faisal Kamal seems to hope he can recoup losses with his own scheme.
FastBTC is a simple three-tier cash gifting scheme. You sign up, gift money to the member who recruited you and then steal money from people who join after you.
The other two matrix levels are a repeat-process, with only the amount gifted and number of people you steal from changing.
Once new member recruitment dies out, FastBTC will ultimately collapse.
Kamal makes his money by preloading the system, assuring he makes off with the mainstream of deposited funds.
Members get what’s left, with the bulk of them in the end taking a loss.
