The Compensation Plan of Fuxion

The compensation plan of Fuxion mixes upfront retail and recruitment commissions with residuals paid via a binary unilevel hybrid.

Extra bonuses are also available based on their performance, mostly based on Fuxion affiliate rank.

If Fuxion is required to pay out more than 57% of generated commissionable volume in 1 month, top earners by rank get their total commissions deducted by 3%.

If Fuxion commissions still surpass 57% of generated commissionable volume, a further 3% and then 4% is deducted.

Fuxion Affiliate Ranks

There are 13 affiliate ranks within the Fuxion compensation plan.

Executive: produce at least 20 PV monthly and produce at least 180 GV weekly in your weaker binary side and at least 20 PV in your stronger binary side
Senior Executive: preserve at least 20 PV monthly, produce at least 360 GV weekly in your weaker binary side and at least 40 PV in your stronger binary side and produce at least 380 GV monthly in unilevel team volume
Bronze: produce at least 60 PV monthly, generate at least 750 GV weekly in your weaker binary side and at least 80 PV in your stronger binary side, produce at least 900 GV monthly in unilevel team volume and enlist and preserve at least 1 Executive or higher ranked affiliate
Gold: preserve at least 60 PV monthly, produce at least 1500 GV weekly in your weaker binary side and at least 150 PV in your stronger binary side, produce at least 1800 GV monthly in unilevel team volume and enlist and maintain at least 2 Executive or higher ranked affiliates

PV stands for “Personal Volume.” It is sales volume produced by Fuxion retail orders and a Fuxion affiliate’s own purchase of Fuxion products.

GV stands for “Group Volume.” It is PV produced by a Fuxion affiliate and their downline.

MLM Commission Qualification

An Fuxion affiliate of Fuxion must qualify as “active” to qualify for MLM commissions.

To qualify as active a Fuxion affiliate needs to buy at least 20 PV of products every 2 weeks.

Retail Commissions

Fuxion refer to retail commissions as a “return on investment”.

As an independent entrepreneur of Fuxion, you get 20% discount on the list price of all qualifying Fuxion product purchases.

It provides a return on investment of 25% when Fuxion product is sold at retail.

Fuxion affiliates are also able to produce retail commissions via a replicated website.

Replicated website Fuxion retail commissions are the difference between the retail and wholesale price of products ordered.

The compensation plan of Fuxion mentions this can be as much as 30%.

A retail customer that agrees to place an autoship order monthly is a preferred customer.

If a Fuxion affiliate has 3 or more preferred customers, they get a monthly 20% bonus on the order volume of their 3^rd largest preferred customer.

Recruitment Commissions

A Fuxion recruitment commission is paid to Fuxion affiliates on products ordered by newly enlisted affiliates (required for MLM commission qualification).

A 20% recruitment commission is given out on product orders made by freshly enlisted Fuxion affiliates within 7 days of signing up.

A Building Bonus is also given if a freshly enlisted Fuxion affiliate qualifies as an Executive, Senior Executive or Bronze affiliate within their first 2 weeks.

Executive reached: $25 commission for the rank qualifying affiliate and the affiliate who enlisted them
Senior Executive reached: $50 commission for the rank qualifying affiliate and the affiliate who enlisted them
Bronze reached: $100 commission for the rank qualifying affiliate and the affiliate who enlisted them

Residual Commissions (unilevel)

A Fuxion affiliate is placed at the top of a unilevel team by a unilevel compensation structure. Each personally enlisted affiliate is placed directly under them at level 1.

When any level 1 Fuxion affiliate enlists new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When any level 2 Fuxion affiliate enlists new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on down a theoretical unlimited number of levels.

Fuxion do not cap the number of levels an affiliate can earn on each unilevel leg, but it caps commissionable volume per leg from the Platinum rank.

Bronze and Gold affiliates earn 8% down an unlimited depth, capped at $210 weekly and/or $840 monthly
Platinum affiliates earn 8%, capped at 1700 GV per leg and $382.50 weekly and/or $1530 monthly
Double Platinum affiliates earn 7.5%, capped at 3100 GV per leg and $1812.50 weekly and/or $7250 monthly
Diamond affiliates earn 7%, capped at 5500 GV per leg and $3812.50 weekly and/or $15,250 monthly
Double Diamond affiliates earn 6.5%, capped at 10,000 GV per leg and $7500 weekly and/or $30,000 monthly
Triple Diamond affiliates earn 6%, capped at 18,500 GV per leg and $13,750 weekly and/or $55,000 monthly
Diamond X affiliates earn 5%, capped at 35,000 GV per leg and $22,500 weekly and/or $90,000 a monthly
Diamond Millionaire affiliates earn 4%, capped at 55,000 GV per leg and $35,625 weekly and/or $142,500 monthly
Double Diamond Millionaire affiliates earn 3.5%, capped at 110,000 GV per leg and $62,500 weekly and/or $250,000 monthly
Triple Diamond Millionaire affiliates earn 3%, capped at 220,000 GV per leg and $125,000 weekly and/or $500,000 monthly
Diamond Millionaire X affiliates earn 2.8%, capped at 440,000 GV per leg and $500,000 weekly and/or $2,000,000 monthly

The mentioned capped earnings amounts include residual binary commissions earned.

Fuxion compensation plan offers weekly and monthly unilevel commission caps for Executive and Senior Executive affiliates.

No residual unilevel commission percentages are offered for Fuxion Executive and Senior Executive affiliates. It means they cannot earn them.

Residual Commissions (binary)

An Fuxion affiliate is put at the top of a binary team by a binary compensation structure. It is split into two sides (left and right).

The 1^st level of the binary team houses 2 positions. The 2^nd level of the binary team is produced by dividing these first two positions into another two positions each.

Following levels of the binary team are produced as required. Each new level houses twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled through direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. There is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

At the end of each week Fuxion tally up sales volume on both binary team sides.

Based on an affiliate’s rank, a commission is paid on sales volume generated by the weaker side:

Executive and Senior Executive affiliates earn 10%, capped at $80 weekly and/or $320 monthly
Bronze affiliates earn 9%, capped at $210 weekly and/or $410 monthly
Gold affiliates earn 8%, capped at $382.50 weekly and/or $420 monthly
Platinum affiliates earn 7%, capped at $875 weekly and/or $1260 monthly
Double Platinum affiliates earn 6%, capped at $1812.50 weekly and/or $2160 monthly
Diamond affiliates earn 5%, capped at $1125 weekly and/or $4500 monthly
Double Diamond affiliates earn 4%, capped at $1800 weekly and/or $7200 monthly
Triple Diamond affiliates earn 3%, capped at $2700 weekly and/or $10,800 monthly
Diamond X affiliates earn 2%, capped at $3750 weekly and/or $15,000 monthly
Diamond Millionaire affiliates earn 1.5%, capped at $5625 weekly and/or $22,500 monthly
Double Diamond Millionaire affiliates earn 1.25%, capped at $9375 weekly and/or $37,500 monthly
Triple Diamond Millionaires earn 1%, capped at $15,000 weekly and/or $60,000 monthly
Diamond Millionaire X affiliates earn 1%, capped at $25,000 weekly and/or $100,000 monthly

After calculating sales volume, it is matched and flushed from both sides of the binary team.

The remaining volume on the stronger binary side is carried over the following week.

Extra Binary Positions

Affiliates of Diamond Millionaire X get a new binary position within their existing binary team, every time they max out existing position(s) for 4 successive weeks.

Maxing out a binary position needs weekly earnings of $30,000.

Binary Residual Commission Match

A 20% match is paid by Fuxion on downline affiliate’s residual binary commission earnings.

Affiliates must be the same or higher rank then the recruited affiliate (Senior Executive minimum) to qualify for the match downline.

Affiliates get the 20% binary match regardless of the downline affiliate’s rank if a Fuxion affiliate is at the Double Platinum or higher rank.

Increased Consumption Bonus

The Increased Consumption Bonus are given out on sales volume produced by personally enlisted affiliates and preferred customers (retail customers on autoship).

The Increased Consumption Bonus pays out 10% on sales volume produced weekly (minimum 60 PV).

Rank Achievement Bonus

Affiliates are rewarded by Fuxion who qualify at the Bronze and higher ranks with a monthly Rank Achievement Bonus:

qualify as a Bronze and get $50
qualify as a Gold and get $100
qualify as a Platinum and get $200
qualify as a Double Platinum and get $300
qualify as a Diamond to Diamond X and get $600
qualify as a Diamond Millionaire to Triple Diamond Millionaire and get $3000
qualify as a Diamond Millionaire X and get $6000

Affiliates are also given a one-time bonus who qualifies at the Platinum and higher ranks:

Platinum: $100
Double Platinum: $9000
Diamond: $18,000
Double Diamond: $30,000
Triple Diamond: $50,000
Diamond X: $75,000
Diamond Millionaire: $100,000
Double Diamond Millionaire: $300,000

The Platinum to Diamond X ranks must be preserved for at least 3 out of the first 6 months a rank is qualified at.

Diamond Millionaire and higher ranks must be preserved for at least 6 out of the first 9 months a rank is qualified at.

Lifestyle Bonus

Fuxion merge a Car Bonus, Office or Brand New Apartment Bonus, and Luxury Car Bonus into a three-tier Lifestyle Bonus.

Affiliates of Double Platinum and higher ranks get a $350 monthly Car Bonus for 48 months, to be put towards a vehicle valued at up to $16,800
Affiliates of Diamond and higher ranks get a $1000 monthly Luxury Car Bonus for 48 months ($48,000)
Affiliates of Triple Diamond and higher ranks get a $1500 monthly Office or Brand New Apartment Bonus for 48 months, to be put towards an office of brand new apartment valued at up to $76,800

The respective minimum rank requirements must be maintained for 48 months.

When an affiliate does not rank qualify in a month they do not get applicable Lifestyle Bonuses for that particular month.

It is possible to surrender higher rank bonuses but still meet Fuxion qualification criteria for existing lower rank bonuses.

Fuxion Experience

Fuxion Experience is a yearly international trip given as a recognition and prize to the FuXion EFs for their leadership and effort.

To qualify for their first Fuxion Experience trip an affiliate must

qualify at the Platinum or higher rank with a minimum 60 PV weekly
produce at least 30,000 GV for the year (only counted for the weeks an affiliate qualifies at Platinum or higher)

To qualify for their second Fuxion Experience trip an affiliate must

qualify at the Double Platinum or higher rank
produce at least 50,000 GV for the year (only counted for the weeks an affiliate qualifies at Double Platinum or higher)

To persist to qualify for Fusion Experience trips an affiliate must

preserve Diamond or higher rank and
produce at least 100,000 GV yearly

Millionaire Fund Club

2% of company-wide sales is taken by Fuxion and distributed to Diamond Millionaire and higher ranked affiliates monthly.

Affiliates of Diamond Millionaire and higher ranks get shares in the Millionaire Fund Club pool based on rank:

Diamond Millionaires get 1 share
Double Diamond Millionaires get 2 shares
Triple Diamond Millionaires get 3 shares
Diamond Millionaire X affiliates get 4 shares

Profit Sharing Pool

Affiliates of Diamond Millionaire and higher Fuxion ranks who preserve rank for 52 successive weeks get shares in a Profit Sharing pool.

Fuxion affirm the Profit Sharing Pool is made up of 10% of extra yearly earnings minus the sum of the Millionaire Club Fund bonus of the current year.

The Profit Sharing pool is paid out yearly based on shares:

Affiliates of Diamond Millionaire ranked affiliates get one share
Affiliates of Double Diamond Millionaire ranks get two shares
Affiliates of Triple Diamond Millionaire ranks get three shares
Affiliates of Diamond Millionaire X get four shares

Fuxion Membership

Fuxion offer no information on costs related with signing up as an affiliate on their website.

Attempts to confirm the cost of becoming a Fuxion affiliate suggest affiliate membership is tied to a 20 PV minimum product order.

MLM commission qualification needs a Fuxion affiliate purchase 20 PV worth of product every 2 weeks.

Fuxion affiliate marketing asserts that a 60 PV order is all that is needed for “max compensation”.

Seemingly, Nutraceutical fusion is nothing more than a marketing term. Fuxion’s products can (and should) be compared to local equivalents.

But Fuxion provide no retail pricing on their website.

Asking Fuxion affiliates to buy product to earn commissions is one of the main indicators of a product-based pyramid scheme.

There are Fuxion affiliates advertising the fact that a 60 PV per month affiliate autoship offers “max compensation.” It means retail sales can be ignored completely.

Likely, most affiliates are MLM commission qualifying each month through their own Fuxion product order.

Retail sales proves an MLM companies products are feasible in an open marketplace. They should not have anything to do with an affiliate recovering a monthly investment to qualify for commissions.

Further, Fuxion incentivize affiliate autoship by rising affiliate discounts based on how much they spend:

buy 60: 299 PV monthly and get a 5% discount
buy 300: 599 PV monthly and get a 7.5% discount
buy 600 or more PV monthly and get a 10% discount

Also note, direct commissions are paid to recruiting affiliates when those they’ve recruited buy products.

When pooled with a compulsory monthly purchase, it is obvious that retail commissions are clearly not a primary focus for Fuxion.

Fuxion Preferred customers are an exception, which Fuxion does support with a 20% volume bonus if 3 or more are retained.

Another aspect of Fuxion’s compensation plan is the thinning residual commission percentages attached to rank.

Normally an MLM compensation plan will increase commission percentages.

Fuxion affiliate rank qualification also requires affiliates to meet 2 separate qualification criteria at each rank (both unilevel and binary).

Fuxion’s unilevel/binary hybrid plan seems to be working in favor of the company rather than that of its affiliates.

Only 57% of the Fuxion revenue is paid out. Fuxion affiliates are asked to jump through extra hoops as opposed to a straight unilevel or binary plan.

However, establishing whether or not you are going join a pyramid scheme is easy. You can ask your potential Fuxion upline whether they qualify for MLM commissions (20-60 PV monthly).

If they answer positively, ask whether they’re qualifying in retail sales or via automated monthly autoship. In case they are not producing equivalent retail PV at least equal to their affiliate autoship, it indicates retail sales aren’t a focus.

Like in the case of FTC’s crackdown on Vemma and Herbalife, this business model is illegal in the US.

Bearing in mind Fuxion launched in the US in 2015, they got two years to adjust their compensation plan.

The fact that they did not should pose doubt on anyone’s mind trying to sign up as a Fuxion affiliate.
