There is absolutely no information whatsoever on the GoldBlocks website specifying who owns or runs the business.
GoldBlocks Review – Company Overview
The GoldBlocks website domain, goldblocks.eu, was privately registered on May 29, 2016.
A secondary domain at mygoldblocks.com was registered on December 14, 2016. Aleksandar Sokolov is listed as the owner, with an address in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
We were unable to find any additional information on Sokolov’s role with GoldBlocks.
And, as we’ve always indicated in the past, if an MLM company is not willingly honest about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about handing over any money.
GoldBlocks Product Line
GoldBlocks has no retailable products or services at all, with members only capable of marketing GoldBlocks membership itself.
GoldBlocks Compensation Plan
The GoldBlocks compensation plan has members invest anywhere from $100.00 to $20,000.00 on the assurance of a 0.3% to 0.5% daily ROI for 365 days.
- Starter – $100.00
- Partner – $500.00
- Business – $1,000.00
- Master – $5,000.00
- VIP – $9,000.00
- Diamond – $20,000.00
The ROI is paid in GoldBlocks, a publicly tradeable cryptocurrency.
Referral commissions are available on funds invested by recruited members, paid down three levels of recruitment (uni-level):
- level 1 (personally recruited members) – 10%
- level 2 – 3%
- level 3 – 2%
Residual Commissions
Residual commissions in GoldBlocks are paid through a binary compensation arrangement.
A binary compensation arrangement puts a member at the top of a binary team, divided into two sides (left and right).
The initial level of the binary team holds two spots. The second level of the binary team is produced by dividing these first two spots into another two spots each (4 spots).
Succeeding levels of the binary team are produced as required, with each new level holding twice as many spots as the previous level.
Spots in the binary team are filled through direct and indirect recruitment of GoldBlocks members. There is no limit to how deep a binary team grow.
Each GoldBlocks member package is assigned a number of points:
- Starter ($100.00) – 80 points
- Partner ($500.00) – 400 points
- Business ($1,000.00) – 800 points
- Master ($5,000.00) – 4000 points
- VIP ($9,000.00) – 7200 points
- Diamond ($20,000.00) – 16,000 points
At the end of each day GoldBlocks totals up new investment package points on both sides of the binary.
A member is paid 10% of matched volume on both sides, with leftover volume on the stronger side carried over.
Daily binary commissions are capped as per the following rank qualification criteria:
- Business Marketer (recruit at least two members who have invested) – $500.00
- Bronze Executive (recruit at least two Partner or higher members and have generated at least 5,000 weaker binary side points) – $750.00
- Silver Executive (generate at least 10,000 weaker binary side points) – $1,000.00
- Gold Executive (recruit at least two Bronze or higher members and generate at least 25,000 weaker binary side points) – $1,500.00
- Director Executive (recruit at least two Silver or higher members and generate at least 100,000 weaker binary side points) – $2,000.00
- Diamond (recruit at least two Gold or higher members and generate at least 500,000 weaker binary side points) – $2,500.00
- Blue Diamond (recruit at least two Diamond or higher members and generate at least 1,000,000 weaker binary side points) – $3,000.00
- Black Diamond (recruit at least two Blue Diamond or higher members and generate at least 5,000,000 weaker binary side points) – $3,500.00
- Crown Diamond (recruit at least two Black Diamond or higher members and generate at least 10,000,000 weaker binary side points) – $4,000.00
- President Ambassador (recruit at least two Crown Diamond or higher members and generate at least 20,000,000 weaker binary side points) – $5,000.00
GB Coins
In addition to a daily ROI in coins, GoldBlocks member packages also come with an upfront amount of coins:
- Starter – 100 GB Coins
- Partner – 500 GB Coins
- Business – 1000 GB Coins
- Master – 5000 GB Coins
- VIP – 9000 GB Coins
- Diamond – 30,000 GB Coins
Gold
GoldBlocks member packages come with a set amount of gold:
- Partner – 1 gram
- Business – 2 grams
- Master – 5 grams
- VIP – 20 grams
- Diamond – 25 grams
Additional gold can also be acquired by qualifying at the Bronze Executive and higher ranks:
- Bronze Executives receive 1 gram of gold
- Silver Executives receive 2 grams of gold
- Gold Executives receive 5 grams of gold
- Director Executives receive 20 grams of gold
- Diamonds receive $5,000.00 worth of gold stored in a mint
- Blue Diamonds receive $10,000.00 worth of gold stored in a mint
- Black Diamonds receive $25,000.00 worth of gold stored in a mint
- Crown Diamonds receive $50,000.00 worth of gold stored in a mint
- President Ambassadors receive $100,000.00 worth of gold stored in a mint
GoldBlocks does not provide any information about where the mint gold is stored or how members can access it.

So What's The Deal With GB Coin?
Although publicly tradeable, GB Coin has no real-world application outside of the GoldBlocks MLM opportunity.
To anyone who isn’t a GoldBlocks member they’re totally valueless.
Unfortunately, the altcoin MLM niche is typically attached to pyramid recruitment, with GoldBlocks being no different.
Nothing at all is marketed to or sold to retail customers, with commissions inside the income opportunity tied to recruitment of new members.
With GB Coins being pretty much worthless, this is how the bulk of GoldBlocks members will make money.
Aleksandar Sokolov, and whoever else is running GoldBlocks with him, make their money by dumping pre-mined GB Coins onto members for a premium.
GoldBlocks – Our Conclusion
This is revealed in GB Coins bundled with member packages through a 1:1 ratio.
The bundled gold is representing only a portion of funds invested. In principle, it is a marketing write-off for the administrators.
Listen, as with all recruitment-driven schemes, once member recruitment dies out, interest in GB Coin will ultimately disappear.
And, bottom line, with recruitment being the only realistic way to recover invested funds, this will mean the bulk of GoldBlocks members lose money.
As for GB Coin, it will ultimately fall to a value representing what it’s actually worth – nothing.
