The company's website mentions a Mr. Edwin Ramos as the Health Wealth Club administrator. Mr. Ramos location is inside the Philippines, his first steps in MLM were registered about three years ago. At the time, he worked as an administrator for Blessing4All.
The Blessing4All business opportunity was a Ponzi hybrid that didn't last very long. Last year, Mr. Ramos started Royalty Crowdfunding, a cash giving business that used a seven-level scheme.
This year, Mr. Ramos promoted My Global Negocio, which apparently was an MLM opportunity based on nutrition. That company states that Mr. Ramos is one of the co-owners.
Currently, the My Global Negocio official site is not working, which could mean that the business opportunity is no more.
The Products
Members can only market memberships within the site. Yet, there are products for retail, but they're only available to Health Wealth Club Members.
Health Wealth Club markets food supplements, these are made by some third-party company which is not mentioned anywhere on the site.
On the website, the company says that their provider is reliable and delivers the best products. They state that they're manufactured in the UK with the Good Manufacturing Practice seal of approval and under ISO 9001 Standards.
The Health Wealth Club supplements include:
- Health Wealth Club Alkalizing products
- Health Wealth Club Antioxidant supplements
- Health Wealth Club Products for body cleansing and detox
- Health Wealth Club Colon cleansers
- Health Wealth Club Aids for digestion
- Health Wealth Club Heart health supplements
- Health Wealth Club Supplements for joint and immunity support
- Health Wealth Club Supplements for muscle mass & sports
- Health Wealth Club Omega oils
- Health Wealth Club Organic products
- Health Wealth Club Probiotics
- Health Wealth Club Protein powders
- Health Wealth Club Vegetarian and vegan supplements
- Health Wealth Club Weight management supplements
- Health Wealth Club Women’s health supplements
The Health Wealth Club website offers a catalog that includes categories along with pricing for each product.
Health Wealth Club Members with VIP access can look at an ebook library and ad credits. These two can be useful in case the member wishes to display advertising for the company.
The Compensation Plan
Health Wealth Club utilizes a compensation plan where members are paid to recruit other members so they buy Health Wealth Club Products.
The company has a rather complicated structure for their compensation plan, a simple way to see it is: There are free members and VIP members that receive commissions.
Here's how it works for free affiliates:
Members receive $5 when a direct recruit signs up or “upgrades” to VIP membership
They can receive 5% commission on product purchases by direct recruits.
Here's how it works for VIP Affiliates (membership costs $38)
VIP members receive $5 for every recruitment of a VIP affiliate
A VIP member has the possibility to pass his/her first
or two recruitment (VIP of course) commissions to the first VIP member recruited.
If a member does this, they can keep a $5 commission from his/her third VIP member recruited on.
If this happens, these direct recruits must do the same.
Memberships for VIP recruits also create a position in a 4×2 matrix cycler that can go into five levels.
Here's how the matrix works, it has 20 positions divided into two levels.
Level one can store four positions. Level two is created by dividing these four positions into other four each (16 positions total).
At the time a VIP member signs up the business opportunity, they enter a 4×2 matrix called “Bronze”.
After the sixteen positions in that Bronze matrix are filled, it generates a commission and it cycles (as any other cycler does) to the next tier.
There are five tiers in the cycler structure made by the Health Wealth Club, these are:
- Bronze Tier (each position costs $38) gives a $100 commission, then it cycles into Silver Tier
- Silver Tier gives a $500 commission, then it cycles into Gold Tier
- Gold Tier gives a $2000 commission, then it cycles into Platinum Tier
- Platinum Tier gives a $5000 commission, then it cycles into Diamond Tier
- Diamond Tier gives a $50,000 commission, then it creates a new Diamond matrix position
Then we have the VIP Shop Level Bonus, this one works in a 4×7 matrix, it's similar to a 4×2 matrix, the primary difference is the number of levels, they're extended to seven (four of them we just saw above)
Apart from the recruitment, cycler and the Shop Level Bonus commissions, the company's members can get in addition a 10% extra when a direct recruit buys a product from the Health Wealth Club.
Joining In
There are two kinds of memberships for the company, there's the free membership or the 38$ VIP membership.
There's a big difference between the two, those were explained previously in the compensation plan section.
The Final Word on the Health Wealth Club
There's a big fault in the company's business structure, that's reflected on the lack of retail sales (public ones at least), only members can buy the site's products.
We're sure that 100% of commissions come out from members, this is combined with commissions that come out of recruitments. That makes this company a classic pyramid scheme.
Apart from that, we've got the VIP cycler, everything in combination acts as a pyramid and Ponzi hybrid.
VIP members sign up for almost $40 and with the use of the cycler, they could get $57,600 ROI. This revenue comes from VIP affiliations (Ponzi).
The pyramid element of the business is the recruitment that the company requires to fill the cycler matrix.
As for the products the Health Wealth Club offers, they don't have anything special to them that you couldn't find in your local food store.
The previous business this is linked to (My Global Negocio) had a similar concept. But this one used a binary compensation plan instead.
Another difference is that My Global Negocio was promoted to work in the Philippines.
Judging by how My Global Negocio did and is doing right now (website is down), you can have an idea of the kind of business. I wouldn't come near it if I were you.
