There is absolutely no information on the Matrix Madness website signifying who owns or runs the business.
The Matrix Madness website domain, matrixmadness.biz, was privately registered on November 14, 2016.
A link to a YouTube marketing video on the Matrix Madness website is hosted on an account belonging to LaCrisha Wallace.
Wallace is also an administrator in a Facebook group named “Pre Launch Madness”, linked straight from the Matrix Madness website.
Other MLM opportunities endorsed on Wallace’s YouTube channel include “Residual Income in a Box” and “Virtual County Fair”.
As per her Facebook profile, Wallace seems to pledge herself to numerous MLM underbelly “programs” every month. She says:
“My December programs will be Matrix Madness, CyclerKing and Reverse Profits!! Whose excited?? I am!! Expected income for the month of December?? $50,000!!!”

Matrix Madness Product Line
Matrix Madness has absolutely no retailable products or services, with members only capable of marketing Matrix Madness affiliate membership itself.
When signed up, Matrix Madness members gift money to the member who recruited them.
Together with these payments are ad credits, which can be used to display advertising on the Matrix Madness website.
Matrix Madness Compensation Plan
The Matrix Madness compensation plan has members gift funds to each other through a two-tier matrix cycler.
Matrix sizes used in the Matrix Madness cycler are 2×2 and 2×3.
The 2×2 matrix puts a Matrix Madness member at the top of a matrix, with 2 spots directly underneath them.
These 2 spots form the 1st level of the matrix. The 2nd level of the matrix is created by dividing each of the 2 spots into another 2 spots each (4 positions).
A whole 2×2 matrix holds 6 spots.
The 2×3 matrix adds a 3rd level to the matrix for a total of 14 spots.
A Matrix Madness member starts by gifting $25.00 to the member who recruited them. This payment qualifies the member to receive payments from other Matrix Madness members.
Depending on which matrix cycler is chosen, payments across Matrix Madness’ 2 cyclers are as follows:
Cycler 1
- level 1 – gift $25 to the affiliate who recruited you and receive $25 from two subsequently recruited affiliates
- level 2 – gift $50 and receive $50 from four affiliates, completing level 2 also generates a new level 1 position
- level 3 – gift $150 and receive $150 from eight affiliates
Cycler 2
- matrix 1, level 1 – gift $25 to the affiliate who recruited you and receive $25 from two subsequently recruited affiliates
- matrix 1, level 2 – gift $50 and receive $50 from four affiliates, completing matrix 1, level 2 also generates a new matrix 1, level 1 position
- matrix 2, level 1 – gift $150 and receive $150 from two affiliates, completing matrix 2, level 1 also generates a new matrix 1, level 1 position
- matrix 2, level 2 – gift $250 and receive $250 from four affiliates
Joining
Matrix Madness affiliate membership is $5.00.
To participate in the opportunity, at least one $25.00 matrix spot purchase is mandatory.
Bottom Line?
Matrix Madness designates themselves as a “member to member payment system”:
“What is a Member to Member payment System? A member to member payment system is when you make a sale, the customer will pay you directly to your payment processor of your choice. Basically you will receive 100% commission.”
This is known as cash gifting.
New Matrix Madness members sign up and gift $25.00 or more to the member who recruited them.
This payment qualifies the member to start scamming people who join after them.
The higher tiers of Matrix Madness’ matrix cyclers are a repeated process, the only change being the amounts gifted and received increase.
The website states:
“Do you have refunds? Your membership is NON-REFUNDABLE. All payments are final. E cannot refund money to you that has already been paid out to our members (or your Uplines). We never even handle that money – it is paid directly to our members.”
The bundled ad credits are useless, serving only as pseudo-compliance in an effort to validate financial fraud.
Is Matrix Madness Legit – Our Conclusion
As with all cash gifting schemes, once recruitment of new Matrix Madness members dies down, so too will payments within the system.
Matrix-based cash gifting schemes have the administrator preload spots and make off with the lion’s share of deposited funds (each matrix level passes up funds to earlier spots).
Matrix Madness members who managed to join early get what’s left, with the mainstream of the affiliate-base ultimately taking a loss.
