Mindset 24 Global Review
Mindset 24 Global operates in developing the now-so-popular MLM (our business). Mindset 24 Global is run by Brian McLane, its co-founder, and CEO.
Mindset 24 Global doesn't mention in any of the other co-founders in their website, so Mr. McLane takes full accountability for the business.
There's a US mailing address for the Mindset 24 Global. It's located in Kentucky. We couldn't verify if this is really just another rented address or it's their actual location.
The Owners
According to our research, Mr. McLane has had other ventures in MLM. Seven years ago, he was a co-founder of Bellamora International and worked as CMO for them.
That company had signed a whopping 50K members before their official launch, too bad the business broke down the next year after top executives abandoned the company.
At the time, Mr. McLane was one key person that left. From there on he went to work at $1000 A Week For Life business opportunity with a Mr. Kevin Harrington.
Who was that “$1000 A Week For Life” you might ask?
That was the name of a recruitment chance based on a $49.95 matrix. Even though it the business was marketed as a standalone, this company was originally a piece of Money Tree International, which belongs to David Rosen.
It stands out that Kevin Harrington is mentioned as a marketing partner on the company's website.
More on Mr. McLane, our investigation about him found that he founded Safe ID Trust in 2015. That company acted as an MLM that promoted itself as a recovery service and identity restoration business.
Nowadays, Safe ID Trust domain doesn't respond to browser's requests. Also, their Facebook profile has been disabled for the general public a couple of months ago.
The products
As common as it is for these businesses, Mindset 24 Global doesn't offer any products or services on retail. Signing up is free of charge. After that members can pay to have access to training packages.
The Mindset 24 Global packages break down like this:
- Series 1 Mindset 24 Global Training package – $100 investment
- Series 2 Mindset 24 Global Training package – $400 investment
- Series 3 Mindset 24 Global Training package – $1000 investment
- Series 4 Mindset 24 Global Training package – $2000 investment
The higher the training package in Mindset 24 Global you get, the better material about MLM you have access to. The Series 4
Training package adds what they call “exclusive bonuses” in them.
Mindset 24 Global doesn't disclose what kind of documentation comes with each package, they only mention:
“Mindset Global is proud to provide life to change information from world class marketing partners.”
The Mindset 24 Global website doesn’t clarify what’s in each training package, but it does state that Mr. Harrington is a “real life Shark”, a marketing persona that does the right things to impact in people’s lives. They also mention a Jay Sargeant as a “powerful and proven communication/persuasion expert”.
They basically say that through these two people you could change your whole mindset and be a better business person, this may sound promising and all but it doesn’t really answer the important question, what’s in Mindset 24 Global training packages? We don’t know either if you can get any of these without signing up. Our gut tells us that we can’t.
The Compensation Plan
Payment for Mindset 24 Global members goes out in commissions and bonuses. These come when affiliates achieve a successful sale of the Mindset 24 Global’s training packages.
MLM Commissions Qualification
Whenever an affiliate sells a Mindset 24 Global's training package, they're compensated for their efforts based on the level they’re in.
Mindset 24 Global Members have to qualify in order to be able to sell packages that belong to higher level. If they want to access a higher level of commissions, they would have to buy it themselves or sell it to a recruited affiliate.
If any Mindset 24 Global member meets the qualification requirements and raises a minimum of $10K on sales in their first month, the company rewards them with the whole set of training packages.
Coded Bonus
Mindset 24 Global also gives payments for residual commissions through a “perpetual 1-up Coded Bonus”.
The way this works is that a commission is earned every third sale in Mindset 24 Global, rewards are given on a member’s second, fourth, sixth (and so on) training package sale.
Every other residual commission or “coded bonus” works the same way. Payments come every three sales.
The compensation structure in Mindset 24 Global doesn’t set any limits on how far on levels can a Mindset 24 Global member get.
Be aware that each training package in Mindset 24 Global is an individual and requires MLM commission qualification to earn on that tier.
Keep this in mind, Mindset 24 Global doesn’t mention anywhere percentages on commissions for training packages sales.
Matching Bonus
Mindset 24 Global affiliates can qualify for a full 100% match on Coded Bonuses they’ve earned through direct recruits. Each training package Matching Bonus goes like this:
- The series 1 members qualify for MLM commissions in Mindset 24 Global on this series and can sell at least two memberships of these kinds.
- the series 2 members qualify for MLM commissions on Series 2 in Mindset 24 Global and sell at least two Series 2 memberships of these kinds.
- The series 3 members qualify for MLM commissions on this in Mindset 24 Globalseries and can sell at least two memberships of these kinds.
- The series 4 members qualify for MLM commissions on this series in Mindset 24 Global and can sell at least two memberships of these kinds.
It's interesting to say that the Matching Bonus qualification criteria in Mindset 24 Global can overlap with the MLM commissions if an affiliate makes a sale instead of investing for it.
Profit Sharing Pools
Mindset 24 Global takes 20% of the wide sales revenue and spread them between four Profit Sharing Pools. These pools go along with the number of training packages.
The training package pools in Mindset 24 Global are divided into nine “smaller” pools. Members have the chance to qualify for a share, it pans out like this:
- 1 Star Pool, affiliates are able to buy or sell the package labeled as Series 1 (these members are assigned 10% of the pool at each training package level)
- 2 Star Pool, affiliates are able to buy or sell the package labeled as Series 2 (these members are assigned 10% of the pool at each training package level
- 3 Star Pool, affiliates are able to buy or sell the package labeled as Series 3 (these members are assigned 10% of the pool at each training package level
- 4 Star Pool, affiliates are able to buy or sell the package labeled as Series 4 (these members are assigned 15% of the pool at each training package level)
- 5 Star Pool, affiliates are able to buy or sell the package labeled as Series 1 and personally recruit at least five 4 Star ranked affiliates (these members are assigned 15% of the pool at each training package level)
- 7 Star Pool, affiliates are able to buy or sell the package labeled as Series 1 and personally recruit at least twenty 4 Star ranked affiliates (these members are assigned 20% of the pool at each training package level)
- Super Star Pool members have to generate and keep $10,000 of sales over a month's period (these members are assigned 10% of the pool at each training package level)
Founders Only Pool members in Mindset 24 Global had to sign up as an affiliate during prelaunch. They also had to pay $2000 and recruit at least two others who do the same (these members are assigned 10% of the pool at each training package level).
It's important to mention that sharing percentages in each pool stacks, with a limit of 100% for each pool in Mindset 24 Global.
Joining up
Affiliation to Mindset 24 doesn't have an investment cost. But, if a member buys to qualify for any commission then there's a price:
A $2000 investment if they purchase the Series 4 package level.
A $3500 investment if they purchase progressively each package level.
The Final Word on Mindset Global
We mentioned at the start of the review that Mindset 24 Global doesn't sell anything on retail, training packages technically can be bought for retail. Yet, we consulted the company's website to ask this. There wasn't any answer for our questions.
In any case, anyone that's interested to be a part of the Mindset 24 Global business opportunity you must be a member first. Right then he/she can qualify for a commission by purchasing or recruiting other members.
That said, having members as primary buyers of these training Mindset 24 Global packages means that Mindset 24 Global may operate as a pyramid scheme.
Not to mention that the Mindset 24 Global doesn't really specify on commission percentages. What we do know is that 70% of total fees paid are given out of commissions and the remaining 20% goes to bonus pools in Mindset 24 Global. We have that, but it doesn't clarify anything about the real numbers for the Coding Bonus.
It's not transparent at all for any MLM business opportunity to leave aside the precise numbers on their essential income structure.
If we get into the so called “training packages”, this is generally a gimmick used by MLM companies to create the illusion of educating people and handing out documentation that will “help and change your life”.
We first saw it three or four years back. Malibu Mastermind was the first one I saw using it. If we get into Mr. Harrington there's word on the internet that he personally gave the endorsement to the infamous iPro Network, a known Ponzi points scheme.
Little hints here and there say that this company smells bad. If you want to give it a try, be my guest, I wouldn't recommend it

I must say that I agree with you about Mindset24Global. I was preparing a lot of SEO pages to support and market this. However, ‘signs’ began appearing.
1. Poor or arrogant or zero response to support queries. Bad sign.
2. Showing hypothetical earnings in the back office is extremely misleading. Still shows large amounts in the bonus ‘pools,’ after launch on Sept. 12., 2017 Again, misleading to persuade?
3. A total reliance on bitcoin payments ONLY is a massive point of resistance for a lot of new people.
4. Suddenly, at a late stage, announcing monthly recurring billing fees of $19.99 and annual fees of $50 for the ‘affiliates.’ Affiliates typically NEVER have fees levied on them. Affiliates work hard to generate and pay for Web traffic. This is simply greed.
