Penny Cyclers Review
Penny Cyclers doesn't give any public information about the owners or whoever runs the business on their website.
The internet domain for The Penny Cyclers “pennycyclers.com” was registered about a month ago, on July 25th. We searched social media and found that the site has an official Facebook group.
The admin for that group is a Mr. Dan Haltom. Looking deeper into his profile, we found that lives outside the US and has worked on MLM promotion.
Yet, his traits aren't exactly crystal clear, according to our info, he's taken part in numerous frauds in the cryptocurrency businesses.
Just last year he worked on promoting Pacific Ads, My Cycler, Unicorn Adz among other jobs that used Ponzi schemes.
The Products
Like many businesses of this kind, the Penny Cyclers doesn't offer any products or services on retail. Members can only market membership themselves.
After a member signs up, he/she can buy cycler positions inside the matrix of Penny Cyclers.
Along with the payment of the cycler in Penny Cyclers position, it comes it ad credits, with a chance to be displayed on the company's website.
The Compensation Plan
Members can buy positions in the 3×1 Penny Cyclers matrix cycler for 3 cents.
What's different about this Penny Cyclers is that the positions are based on a daily suscription. They've got to be paid on a daily basis.
If a member doesn't pay those 3 cents in any of the days, they forfeit (which means that he/she loses) every other position in the Penny Cyclers matrix and therefore commissions gotten so far.
The Penny Cyclers matrix structure is simple enough, members have to complete only three places.
When the Penny Cyclers 3×1 matrix is filled, it creates a cycle, it pays out a commission and then the member goes to the next level of the cycler.
Here is how the payments work in the Penny Cyclers eight-level cycler:
- If you're in Penny Cyclers Matrix 1 (again, a position cost 3 cents) you receive a 1 cent commission, then, you go into Matrix 2
- If you're in Penny Cyclers Matrix 2 you receive a 3 cent commission, then, you go into Matrix 3
- If you're in Penny Cyclers Matrix 3 you receive a 3 cent commission, then, you go into Matrix 4
- If you're in Penny Cyclers Matrix 4 you receive a 6 cent commission, then, it creates a new Matrix 1 position, then you go into Matrix 5
- If you're in Penny Cyclers Matrix 5 you receive a 9 cent commission, then, it creates a new Matrix 1 position, then you go into Matrix 6
- If you're in Penny Cyclers Matrix 6 you receive a $1 commission, then, it creates three new Matrix 1 position, then you go into Matrix 7
- If you're in Penny Cyclers Matrix 7 you receive a $5 commission, then, it creates 33 new Matrix 1 position, then you go into Matrix 8
- If you're in Penny Cyclers Matrix 8 you receive a 50$ commission, then, it creates 33 new Matrix 1 position and one Matrix 8 position
There's a 5 cent payment in bonus when direct recruits step out (or rather cycle out) of Matrix 5 and 6.
There's also a $1 payment in bonus when direct recruits step out of Matrix 7 and 8.
Penny Cyclers – Joining In
If you want to become a member, affiliation for the Penny Cyclers doesn't have any cost.
If you want in the business Penny Cyclers opportunity, there's an investment requirement of a minimum $5.
From there on out, there's those 3 cent daily fees to keep the positions on the matrixes as something else you have to pay.
The Final Word on Penny Cyclers
Three cents doesn't seem like much money and the company promises members a $56.22 ROI.
The funds for the promised ROI come from affiliate investment, that means this Penny Cyclers works as a Ponzi scheme.
If we take a look at the math, members need about 2000 three cent investments just to create those $56 in ROI.
This could be higher though, given the fact that the way this company raises their money is pretty non-linear. That's one of the cons of this kind of matrix (and this particular business with Penny Cyclers altogether).
This makes it so that the way it works it's actually complicated for people to comprehend, what you do need to understand it's that it could take quite a long time to generate real money in this opportunity.
In the end, Mr. Haltom makes more money than anyone and not even those that joined early have a chance to make the money anyone would at the start of a Ponzi.
The 3×1 cycler structure based on pennies doesn't leave you with much more than pennies alone. So stay away from opportunities like these. They don't do well for anybody (except the owners).
