Secular Coin's website doesn't give any information about who's in charge of the business. The domain for the site – “secularcoin.co” was just registered recently on last years December.
As we always recommend in our reviews, if any MLM company doesn't say who owns it or runs it, be wary about joining or handing money to them.

Secular Coin doesn't offer products on retail nor services, members only have the option to sell Secular Coin's memberships.

The Secular Coin – The Compensation Plan
Members of Secular Coin can obtain SECU points from the owners themselves. These points are sold to members from 60 cents to $1 each.
After a point is bought, they're given back to Secular Coin with a promise of an ROI with an advertisement. The ROI can go up to 48% a month. It works like this:
- If a member invests from $100 to $1000, he receives a monthly ROI in a 180 day period.
- If a member invests from $1001 to $5000, he receives a monthly ROI and a 0.15% bonus on daily ROI in a 150 day period.
- If a member invests from $5001 to $10,000, he receives a monthly ROI and 0.25% bonus on daily ROI in a 120 day period.
- If a member invests from $10,001 to $100,000, he receives a monthly ROI and 0.3% bonus on daily ROI in a 90 day period
The Secular Coin – Referral Commissions
Secular Coin pays referral commissions through an unilevel structure.
An unilevel structure puts a member on top of a unilevel tree in Secular Coin, every recruited member is set directly under them, that's level one:
If a level one member recruits a new one in Secular Coin, they're placed on level two of the original unilevel team. We discussed this in another review here.
If a level two member recruits a new one in Secular Coin, they're placed on level three. This goes on and on through an infinite number of levels.
Secular Coin has a payment cap which starts at level ten, commissions are paid as a percentage of the initial investment through ten levels:
- Level one members get a 7% commission
- Level two members get a 3% commission
- Level three and four members get a 1% commission
- Level five members get a 0.5% commission
- Level six members get a 0.3% commission
- Level seven members get a 0.2% commission
- Level eight to ten members get a 0.1% commission
Secular Coin – Residual Commissions
Secular Coin pays residual commissions through a binary tree structure. A binary tree structure sets a member at the top of a binary tree, then it breaks into two – left and right -:
Level one of the binary tree can store two positions. Level two of the tree is created when these two positions are divided into another two.
Every other level in Secular Coin is created if it's needed, each one can carry twice the positions as the previous one. Positions in the tree are loaded through member recruitment – direct and indirect -. There aren't limits on how far can a binary tree can grow.
When a day ends, Secular Coin counts the total investment volume on every branch of the binary tree.
If the investment volume goes as high as $100,000 or less, it pays a 3% residual commission
The counted volume in Secular Coin is reset once its paid, any leftovers on the stronger branch of the tree is moved.

Secular Coin – Joining in
Membership for the Secular Coin is free but if you joined this way you'd only get money via referral commissions.
However, if you want to participate fully in the MLM opportunity offered by Secular Coin, a minimum investment – in SECU points – of $100 is required.
The Final Word for Secular Coin
The Secular Coin website claims that “secular means forever”. It seems really strange because that's not the right definition of the word.
There's an economic definition for secular that's a long shot from what they claim, as it mentions that it's a persisting trend over an indefinitely period of time. Nevertheless, that doesn't have anything in common with “forever”.
The Secular Coin website is poorly written and it includes incomprehensible texts like this one:
“Our vision is to build up the long-lasting community that helping the members to creat the fortune way, gain fortune and grow fortune.”
Yes, we know it doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
Letting that aside, Secular Coin looks like an ICO lending Ponzi scheme. When the company talks about where their ROI revenue comes from, they unbelievably talk about the “magic power of the cryptocurrency revolution”. That doesn't sound at all secular to me.
Usually, the only source of revenue for these companies is members invested funds. The newly invested capital is used to pay old members the promised ROI, that makes the business a Ponzi.
Ponzis that lend ICO work like this:
Admins – anonymous persons – give pre-generated points – SECU points in this case – in exchange for real money.
The admins use the recently exchanged money to pay ROI as long as new members come in the door. When recruitment stops, so does the ROI money.
As with any Ponzi scheme, initial investors do make money – through new investors – but every other member will lose money. Be warned about this one if you're thinking about investing in the Secular Coin MLM opportunity.
