Synterium Review
Synterium works in the cryptocurrency MLM niche. The company states they are based out of Poland and chiefly marketed across Europe as per E-Trade Hub.
A timeline on the website of Synerium ties Synterium to Central Marketing Ltd, a company in Hong Kong purportedly incorporated in early 2014.
E-Trade Hub was introduced in Poland in mid 2016, with a partnership between the 2 companies supposedly formed in mid 2017.
Synterium was announced in September, 2017.
There is no information about the Synterium corporate structure of E-Trade Hub or Central Marketing Ltd.
Valerius Popel is identified as CEO of the company by Synterium.
Apart from identifying him as a Polish businessman and sociologist, Synterium provide no further details on Valerius Popel.
If an MLM company does not openly reveal who is running or owns it, think twice before joining and/or investing any money.

Synterium Products
Synterium have no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Synterium affiliate membership itself.
The affiliates of Synterium invest in GectaCoin points to take part in the attached MLM income opportunity once signed up.
Although represented as being owned by Central Marketing Limited, GectaCoin is billed as a separate company from Synterium,.
GectaCoin looks like a script-generated cryptocurrency that is not publicly tradeable.
Probably whoever owns Central Marketing Ltd retains full control over GectaCoin, including its €0.1 EUR internal value.
Synterium Compensation Plan
The affiliates of Synterium invest in GectaCoin points (GCT):
- GM-10K : invest €500 EUR to get 10,000 GCT points over 12 months
- GM-20K : invest €1000 EUR to get 20,000 GCT points over 12 months
- GM-40K : invest €2000 EUR to get 40,000 GCT points over 12 months
The compensation plan of Synterium states that 10 GCT = €1 EUR, equating to a
- €1000 EUR 12 month ROI at GM-10K
- €2000 EUR 12 month ROI at GM-20K and/or
- €4000 EUR 12 month ROI at GM-40K
Synterium Referral commissions on GCT point investment are given out at a rate of 5% down 3 levels of recruitment. You can see the review that we did on LipCoin here. It has a similar structure.
Leadership Income
Leadership Income is paid out by Synterium through a unilevel compensation structure. It has a similar structure.
An affiliate is placed at the top of a unilevel team by a unilevel compensation structure places. Every personally recruited affiliate is placed directly under them (level 1).
When any level 1 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
When any level 2 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Commissions on the first 3 levels of the unilevel team are given out a straight 5% referral commission (as referenced above).
From levels 4 onward, a sliding % commission of 100 GCT (€10 EUR) per affiliate who is recruited and invests is given out.
- Silver (recruit at least 3 affiliates who invest) : 5% (ie. 5 GCT (5% of 100 GCT) per affiliate recruited who invests)
- Gold (personally recruit and preserve at least 3 Silver affiliates) : 10%
- Amber (personally recruit and preserve at least 3 Gold affiliates) : 20%
- Onyx (personally recruit and preserve at least 3 Amber affiliates) : 30%
- Amethyst (personally recruit and preserve at least 1 Onyx and 5 Amber affiliates) : 40%
- Opal (personally recruit and preserve at least 1 Amethyst affiliate, 2 Onyx and 3 Amber affiliates) : 45%
- Topaz (personally recruit and preserve at least 1 Opal affiliate, 2 Amethyst and 3 Onyx affiliates) : 55%
- Ruby (personally recruit and preserve at least 1 Topaz affiliate, 2 Opal and 3 Amethyst affiliates) : 65%
- Sapphire (personally recruit and preserve at least 1 Ruby affiliate, 2 Topaz and 3 Opal affiliates) : 70%
- Emerald (personally recruit and preserve at least 1 Sapphire affiliate, 2 Ruby and 3 Topaz affiliates) : 75%
- Diamond (personally recruit and preserve at least 1 Emerald affiliate, 2 Sapphire and 3 Ruby affiliates) : 80%
- White Diamond (personally recruit and preserve at least 1 Diamond affiliate, 2 Emerald and 3 Sapphire affiliates) : 85%
- Black Diamond (personally recruit and preserve at least 1 White Diamond, 2 Diamond and 3 Emerald affiliates) : 90%
- Royal Diamond (personally recruit and preserve at least 1 Black Diamond affiliate, 2 White Diamond and 3 Diamond affiliates) : 95% (ie. 95 GCT (95% of 100 GCT) per affiliate recruited who invests)
To count toward rank qualification, Synterium downline affiliates must have at least 1 current 12 month investment contract.
Career Bonuses
The affiliates who qualify at the Silver and higher ranks are rewarded by Synterium as follows:
- qualify at Silver and have a total downline of 10 or more affiliates to get a “Powerstation mini universal battery”
- qualify at Gold and have a total downline of 50 or more affiliates to get a “HDD Porsche design 4TB”
- qualify at Amber and have a total downline of 100 or more affiliates to get a “Smart watch by worldwide-famous brands”
- qualify at Amethyst and have a total downline of 500 or more affiliates to get an “iPhone X 256”
- qualify at Opal and have a total downline of 1000 or more affiliates to get a “MacBook pro 15″”
- qualify at Ruby and have a total downline of 4000 or more affiliates to get an “exclusive watch”
- qualify at Sapphire and have a total downline of 10,000 or more affiliates to get a “business class car”
- qualify at Emerald and have a total downline of 25,000 or more affiliates to get an “executive class car”
- qualify at Emerald and have a total downline of 40,000 or more affiliates to get “apartments located in EU or on islands”
- qualify at Diamond and have a total downline of 60,000 or higher to get a “luxury class car”
- qualify at White Diamond and have a total downline of 100,000 or more to get a “yacht”
As with Leadership Income, for downline affiliates to count toward Career Bonus qualification criteria they must have a current 12 month investment contract.

The affiliate membership of Synterium is tied to investment in one of 3 affiliate packages:
- GM-10K : €500 EUR
- GM-20K : €1000 EUR
- GM-40K : €2000 EUR
The primary difference between the 3 packages in higher income potential through the Synterium compensation plan.
Winding UP
Synterium presents itself as your typical Ponzi points scheme.
GectaCoin differs from legitimate cryptocurrency, as proved by the “guarantee” of increased value;
Moving on the MLM opportunity, affiliates of Synterium sign up and invest in GectaCoin.
GectaCoin is entirely controlled by Synterium, who assign it an internal value of €0.1 EUR.
This reduces GectaCoin to nothing more than a means to pay the affiliates of Synterium a 12-month ROI on invested euro through:
- invest €500 EUR to get a €1000 EUR ROI
- invest €1000 EUR to get €2000 EUR ROI
- invest €2000 EUR to get €4000 EUR ROI
The ROI is cashed out via Synterium, whose only verifiable source of revenue is new investment.
Making use of newly invested funds to pay existing affiliates a 12-month ROI makes Synterium a Ponzi scheme.
Synterium incentivize new investment via recruitment commissions adding an additional pyramid layer to the scheme.
Like all Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment slumps down so too will new funds entering the system.
Synterium will starve of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The arithmetic behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, most of the participants lose money.
