When VMA Life was initially launched by Kenneth Koh in 2004 it was called Vemma Asia. The company was launched in partnership with BK Boreyko from the US.

The name was altered in 2015 from to VMA Life mostly because Vemma was sued by the FTC in 2015.

Verma also launched a name company Bode Pro under BK Boreyko. It went under FTC complaint.

Today, there is no mention about BK Boreyko on the website of VMA Life though they used a similar color scheme.

Kenneth Koh, the Founder of Vemma Asia is the CEO of VMA Life.

There is no noteworthy story behind why he got started in Network Marketing.

The Story

Kenneth began to explore the health products when his brother was diagnosed with cancer with only six months to live.

While on a trip to America, he stumbled upon a liquid-based supplement.

Kenneth decided to give it to his brother after some research.

After 12 years, his brother is still alive and well.

He attributes his brother’s miraculous recovery to the daily consumption of the VMA Life product.

Products of VMA Life

All the products of VMA Life products are manufactured in Good Manufacturing Practicse (GMP) factories in Taiwan.

Their flagship product is called Velixir which resembles with a product called Mangosteen drink by Vemma.

Velixir is VMA life’s flagship health supplement.

As described, it is a better-quality liquid nutrition made from a unique and powerful mixture of whole-fruit mangosteens, aloe vera, and organic decaffeinated green tea.

Velixir comes in a single box with 30 single-serve sachets. It costs $121 (163 SGD). A twin pack (2 boxes) costs $193 USD (261 SGD).

Compensation Plan of VMA Life

You are paid to sponsor fresh business partners into VMA Life and sell products to retail customers within the Compensation Plan of VMA Life.

Depending on your ability, you can also get other bonuses as well

VMA Life Ranks

On the whole, there are 10 affiliate ranks within the VMA Life compensation plan.

To qualify for them you need to attain the following criteria:

Bronze: Earn and preserve at least 5 residual binary commission cycles in 4 weeks time period
Silver: Earn and preserve at least 20 residual binary commission cycles in 4 weeks time period
Gold: Earn and preserve at least 60 residual binary commission cycles in 4 weeks time period
Platinum: Earn and preserve at least 120 residual binary commission cycles in 4 weeks time period
Topaz: Earn and preserve at least 240 residual binary commission cycles in 4 weeks time period
Sapphire: Earn and preserve at least 500 residual binary commission cycles in 4 weeks time period
Emerald: Earn and preserve at least 1000 residual binary commission cycles in 4 weeks time period
Ruby: Earn and preserve at least 3000 residual binary commission cycles in 4 weeks time period
Yellow Diamond: Earn and preserve at least 600 residual binary commission cycles in 4 weeks time period
Royal Diamond: Earn and preserve at least 12,000 residual binary commission cycles in 4 weeks time period

Commission Qualifications

You must generate at least 60 PV monthly to get commissions via compensation plan in VMA Life.

PV = Personal Volume.

You get qualified for 8 weeks when you join with the Starter Pack in VMA Life.

Sponsorship Commissions

You automatically become an affiliate of the company when you buy a VMA Life product.

A 25% Fast Start Bonus is paid by VMA Life on the first product order of your sponsored member.

Residual Commissions

Residual commissions within the VMA Life compensation plan are paid via a binary structure.

It implies that you have 2 legs, i.e., left and a right.

This binary can be filled by members of direct, indirect downline and upline.

Each time you produce 120 GV (Group Volume) on both legs, a $12 commission is paid to you by VMA Life.

Generally, the binary earnings are capped at $35,000 weekly. They are based on the following qualifications:

Buy 1 VMA Life product (60 PV minimum) to receive up to $1000 weekly
Buy 2 VMA Life products (120 PV minimum) to receive up to $3000 weekly
Buy 1 Starter Pack to receive up to $20,000 weekly
Buy 1 Builder Pack to receive up to $35,000 weekly

Matching Bonus

A matching bonus is paid by VMA Life on the binary commissions via a unilevel compensation plan structure.

It pays you 10 levels deep. The qualifications needed are as follows:

Level 1 (12% match on personally employed affiliates): Join with an affiliate pack and employ at least 1 MLM affiliate who is commission qualified
Level 2 (10%): Have an overall downline of at least 2 MLM affiliates who are Commission qualified
Level 3 (8%): Personally become a guarantor of at least 2 MLM affiliates who are commission qualified and have an overall downline of at least 3 affiliates who are MLM commission qualified.
Level 4 (5%): Get qualified at the Gold rank or higher and personally employ and preserve 4 Silver or higher ranked MLM affiliates who are commission qualified
Level 5 (5%): Get qualified at the Gold rank or higher and personally employ and preserve 5 Silver or higher ranked affiliates who are MLM commission qualified
Level 6 (5%): Get qualified at the Gold rank or higher and personally employ and preserve 6 Silver or higher ranked MLM affiliates who are commission qualified
Level 7 (5%): Get qualified at the Platinum rank or higher and personally employ and preserve 7 Silver or higher ranked MLM affiliates who are commission qualified
Level 8 (5%): get qualified at the Platinum rank or higher and personally employ and preserve 8 Silver or higher ranked MLM affiliates who are commission qualified
Level 9 (5%): Get qualified at the Platinum rank or higher, personally employ and preserve 9 Silver or higher ranked MLM affiliates who are commission qualified
Level 10 (5%): Get qualified at the Platinum rank or higher, personally employ and preserve 10 Silver or higher ranked MLM affiliates who are commission qualified

Autoship Commissions and Affiliate Pack

When members buy a VMA Life affiliate pack and get on an autoship, they get paid via a 2×10 matrix compensation plan. This matrix can be filled with members employed directly and indirectly.

$6 is paid to an affiliate put in the matrix after signing up with a Starter Pack
$12 is paid to an affiliate put in the matrix after signing up with a Business Builder Pack
30 cents is paid monthly to affiliates in the matrix who continue to buy an autoship order of at least 60 PV monthly

Global Pool

3% of the global company wide sales are placed by VMA Life. They place it into 4 Global Pools.

When you attain Emerald or higher rank, you get qualified for the Global Pool:

Emerald affiliates: get qualified for a share in a 0.75% pool
Ruby affiliates: get qualified for a share in two 0.75% pools
Diamond affiliates: get qualified for a share in three 0.75% pools
Royal Diamond affiliates: get qualified for a share in all four 0.75% pools

Final Judgment on VMA Life

VMA Life is absolutely a legit company which has been running smoothly for over 2 years now.

Certainly VMA Life beginning was rocky because Vemma went under FTC scanner, but it looks like lessons have been learned.

Even Herbalife faces issues with the FTC but they are running smoothly.

As it can be seen, VMA Life will have to focus more on more retail sales.

VMA Life Affiliates don’t receive real bonuses for selling products to customers. The bonuses go to the sponsors in a larger scale.

Recommendation

It is optional of course.

After reviewing many companies and systems out there it has been found that VMA Life is one of the only companies where you can learn how to build a business online step by step.
