davor.io, the website domain was privately registered on October 18th, 2017.
The primary languages used on the website are French and English, suggesting whoever is running the company is based out of Europe.

There are no retailable products or services offered by DavorCoin. The affiliates are only able to market their affiliate membership itself.
The Compensation Plan
The affiliates of DavorCoin invest funds on the promise of a daily ROI.
- invest $100 to $1000 to get a daily ROI for 299 days
- invest $1001 to $5000 to get a daily ROI + 0.1% bonus for 239 days
- invest $5001 to $10,000 and receive a daily ROI + 0.2% bonus for 179 days
- invest $10,001 to $25,000 to get a daily ROI + 0.25% bonus for 119 days
- invest $25,001 or more to get a daily ROI + 0.35% bonus for 89 days
The referral commissions are paid by DavorCoin through a unilevel compensation structure.
An affiliate is placed at the top of a unilevel team by a unilevel compensation structure. Every personally recruited affiliate is placed directly under them (level 1).
When any level 1 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
When any level 2 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
The payable unilevel levels are capped by DavorCoin at five. The commissions are paid as a percentage of funds invested across these five levels:
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) : 8%
- level 2 : 4%
- level 3 : 2%
- levels 4 and 5 : 1%
The affiliates of DavorCoin can increase referral commissions rates by qualifying as a “Platinum Affiliate”.
The criteria for Platinum Affiliate qualification is not published on the DavorCoin website.

The affiliate membership of DavorCoin is free. However, free affiliates can only earn referral commissions.
To fully participate in this income opportunity requires a minimum $100 investment.
Summing Up
DavorCoin launched itself as a cryptocurrency recently.
According to their website, it is a new cryptocurrency that aims to become the best substitute to the present popular coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum.
This normally involves paying developers to generate an altcoin or buying a script.
The affiliates invest in DavorCoin that are pre-mined by the anonymous DavorCoin owners.
The affiliates then “lend” DavorCoin back to the company, to get a daily ROI.
The website advertises a “monthly interest rate” of 48%.
Cited daily ROI averages over the past 5 days are:
- December 17th : 1.85%
- December 18th : 1.6%
- December 19th : 1.71%
- December 20th : 1.75%
- December 21st : 1.02%
- December 22nd : 1.13%
DavorCoin itself has no real world application and is worthless outside of the DavorCoin MLM opportunity.
As per CoinMarketCap, public trading of DavorCoin commenced on December 18th.
Debuting with a public value of $23.87, in less than a week that has dropped to just under $16.
Meanwhile, they have no verifiable source of revenue other than new affiliate investment.
The use of new investment to pay existing affiliates a ROI makes them a Ponzi scheme.
DavorCoin insists it’s “not involved in any illegal activity”:
Obviously, DavorCoin is operating a passive investment opportunity, otherwise known as a security.
Alexa estimate the largest source of traffic to their website is the US (16.4%) at the time of publication.
In order to legally offer securities to US residents the company needs to be registered with the SEC At a minimum.
No entry for DavorCoin is present on the SEC’s Edgar database yet.
They are committing securities fraud however rather than acknowledge. DavorCoin instead attempt to reframe regulatory non-compliance as a cryptocurrency issue:
Because of tax and regulation risks about cryptocurrencies in some countries, they cannot officialize their domicilation.
Wherever it is being operated from, for regulatory compliance it needs to be registered in markets it operates in.
The company operates as a lending Ponzi based on having affiliates invest in it and then “lend” them back to the company for a ROI.
ROIs are given out via the internal exchange until recruitment of affiliate inevitably slows down and invested funds run low. At that point the anonymous admins stop paying out and disappear with what’s left.
Early investors earn a bit through ROI withdrawals while they last, and of course via pyramid recruitment. Everyone else, which is the vast majority of investors, loses out.
