The Compensation Plan
The affiliates of LendEra acquire LEC points from the company’s owners.
LEC points are sold to affiliates for 85 cents to $1.05 each.
LEC points are “lent” back once acquired, to LendEra on the promise of an advertised ROI:
- Invest $100 to $1000 to get a 26% to 42% monthly ROI for 260 days
- Invest $1001 to $5000 to get a 26% to 42% monthly ROI plus daily 0.1% bonus ROI for 220 days
- Invest $5001 to $10,000 to get a 26% to 42% monthly ROI plus daily 0.2% bonus ROI for 180 days
- Invest $10,001 or more to get a 26% to 42% monthly ROI plus daily 0.2% bonus ROI for 135 days
Referral commissions are given out through a unilevel compensation structure.
An affiliate is placed at the top of a unilevel team by a unilevel compensation structure. Every personally enlisted affiliate is placed directly under them (level 1).
When any level 1 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
When any level 2 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Initial investment referral commissions
- level 1 (personally enlisted affiliates) : 5%
- level 2 : 2%
- level 3 : 1%
LEC point lending referral commissions
- level 1 (personally enlisted affiliates) : 10%
- level 2 : 4%
- level 3 – 2.5%
- level 4 : 1.5%
- level 5 : 0.8%
- level 6 : 0.4%
Reinvestment referral commissions
Referral commissions on reinvestment are given out at 3% of funds reinvested by personally recruited affiliates only (level 1).
LendEra Membership
The affiliate memebership of LendEra is free. However, free affiliates can only earn referral commissions.
To fully participate in the LendEra MLM opportunity needs a minimum $100 investment.

Winding Up
LendEra claim to create external revenue through arbitrate, “positive manipulation” and price appreciation.
Arbitrate implies the purchasing and selling of cryptocurrencies on different exchanges.
Price appreciation is the unfounded assertion the LEC points will increase in value in spite of LEC points being valueless outside of LendEra.
LendEra states they will reserve 50% of the money raised during the ICO to support their coin when it goes down and slowly exchange it back.
In short, when LendEra affiliate enlistment plateaus and the value of LEC points crashes, the owners of LendEra will spend invested funds to artificially drive the value back up.
Remember, this is only a temporary fix and depends on new investment picking up after the value crash.
LendEra offer no proof of arbitrage taking place despite the rosy picture painted in their whitepaper.
Newly invested funds are the only verifiable source of revenue entering LendEra. The use of newly invested funds to pay existing affiliates a ROI makes LendEra a Ponzi scheme.
In addition to the business model, LendEra proves they’re committing fraud by way of the explanation provided as to why the owners are anonymous.
The company claims its owners are anonymous in the LendEra whitepaper as they fear “government regulations”.
It is not illegal in the US to offer an ICO at the time of publication. Nor is it legal to create ROI revenue via cryptocurrency arbitrage, or operate an internal exchange.
It is illegal to offer unregistered securities. Registering with the SEC would need LendEra to submit documentation verifying external revenue sources.
If all LendEra are doing is recycling newly invested funds, this would easily give the game away. There are so many different lending platforms out there right now! We did a review on another one of them here.
There is chance that the owners of LendEra’s aren’t based in the US. However, Alexa estimate the US is the largest source of traffic to the LendEra website (36%) at the time of publication.
Offering unregistered securities to US residents is illegal regardless of where LendEra’s owners might be based.
Authorities in the US are finally starting to catch up to MLM ICO lending Ponzi schemes as we have seen recently with BitConnect.
When LendEra either collapses or is effectively shut down by securities regulators, those that ignore the warning signs can expect to lose their money.
