It is highly possible that Onn Fleek is being operated out of South America.
Offered languages on the website of Onn Fleek include English, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish.
Majority of the available marketing for Onn Fleek is in Portuguese and targets Brazil.

Slay subscribers are able to make 400 minutes worth of calls monthly for $149.70 yearly.
The Compensation Plan
The affiliates of Onn Fleek invest $299 or $1397 on the promise to get a weekly ROI for 26 weeks:
- Invest $299 in a Store position to get $40 a week for 26 weeks ($1040)
- Invest $1397 in a Mega Store position to get $200 a week for 26 weeks ($5200)
At the end of 26 weeks an affiliate of Onn Fleek must reinvest in order to continue earning.
Alternatively an affiliate of Onn Fleek can sell bundled VOIP services themselves, with potential ROIs advertised as follows:
- Store : $4341.30
- Mega Store : $21,556
Recruitment Commissions
The affiliates of Onn Fleek are paid $20 per affiliate they enlist.
Commissions are also given out when personally recruited affiliates invest:
- a $20 commission is given when a personally recruited affiliate invests in a Store position
- a $100 commission is given when a personally recruited affiliate invests in a Mega Store position
Residual Commissions
Residual commissions are paid by Onn Fleek through a binary compensation structure.
An affiliate at the top of a binary team by a binary compensation structure divided into 2 sides.
The 1st level of the binary team holds 2 positions. The 2nd level of the binary team is produced by dividing these first 2 positions into another 2 positions each (4 positions).
Following levels of the binary team are created as required, with each new level holding twice as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the binary team are filled through direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. There is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.
The residual binary commissions are capped at nineteen levels by Onn Fleek.
Onn Fleek gives out a $20 residual commission per newly invested Store or Mega Store position matched on both sides of the binary team (1:1 ratio).
The affiliates of Onn Fleek who invest in a Mega Store position get $60 per new Mega Store position matched on both sides of their binary team (1:1 ratio).
Residual Store Commissions
Residual store commissions are paid by Onn Fleek through a unilevel compensation structure.
An affiliate is placed at the top of a unilevel team by a unilevel compensation structure. Every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
When any level 1 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
When any level 2 affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on down a theoretical endless number of levels.
The payable unilevel levels are capped by Onn Fleek at five. The commissions are paid out on the sale of Store and Mega Store positions, as well as Slay VOIP service subscriptions:
- 80 cents per Store position sold
- $4 per Mega Store position sold
- $2.99 per Slay VOIP service subscription sold

Onn Fleek Membership
The affiliate membership of Onn Fleek is $50 plus either a $299 or $1397 investment position.
- 1 Store = $299
- Mega Store = $1397
Investment positions expire after 26 weeks. They must be renewed after that in order to continue earning a weekly ROI.
Summing Up
Onn Fleek looks like an attempt to remarket the TelexFree Ponzi model to a new generation of millennials.
TelexFree was a $3 billion dollar Ponzi scheme that promised either a $20 per $299 “AdCentral” position invested in. If an affiliate of TelexFree invested in an “AdCentral Family” position for $1375, they received $100 weekly. We have another review we did like this here.
Onn Fleek is promising $40 or $200 weekly on a $299 or $1397 investment for 26 weeks.
TelexFree had a “99TelexFree” VOIP app, similar to Onn Fleek’s Slay app.
Even at $149.70 yearly (99TelexFree was $49.99 a month), Slay is still massively overpriced.
There is an overabundance of free VOIP options available.
And if need arises to call landlines via VOIP, Skype offers unlimited minutes for $13.99 monthly ($167.88 yearly).
Onn Fleek’s offering VOIP is smoke and mirrors to cover up Ponzi scam.
The company states it will sell bought VOIP plans to customers weekly for 26 weeks, based on what they call Automated Sales System on Demand (A.S.S.D).
Why does On Fleek require affiliates to buy VOIP subscriptions for resale in the first place if such a system existed? Certainly they can just set up A.S.S.D to flog VOIP subscriptions and keep 100% of the profit themselves?
On Fleek’s business model makes as little sense as TelexFree’s did back in 2012.
The near-identical TelexFree business model and targeting of Brazil is quite suspicious.
As exposed through the SEC’s investigation into TelexFree, all the anonymous owners of Onn Fleek are doing is making use of newly invested funds to pay off existing investors.
Plenty of people across Brazil and South America fell for TelexFreebefore it was shut down in 2014.
Considering Onn Fleek’s use of bitcoin, victim fund recovery outside of the US would be next to impossible.
Don’t fall for it.
