Products of Privilege Car Club
Privilege Car Club does not offer any retailable products or services. The affiliates are only able to market Privilege Car Club affiliate membership itself.
The Compensation Plan
The affiliates of Privilege Car Club pay $75 monthly on the promise of a free car.
Qualifying for a free car can be accessed by direct and indirect recruitment of other affiliates of Privilege Car Club, who also pay $75 monthly.
Payments in Privilege Car Club are tracked through a 3×4 matrix.
An affiliate is placed at the top of a matrix by a 3×4 matrix of Privilege Car Club, with 3 positions directly under them.
These 3 positions form the 1st level of the matrix. The 2nd level of the matrix is created by dividing each of these first 3 positions into another 3 positions each (9 positions).
The 3rd and 4th levels of the matrix are created in the same manner, housing 28 and 81 positions respectively.
Positions in the matrix are filled through direct and indirect recruitment of new affiliates of Privilege Car Club.
Each newly enlisted affiliate is placed in the matrix, with those paying $75 monthly counted toward recruitment qualification criteria.
Recruitment qualification criteria is used to decide what free car level an affiliate of Privilege Car Club qualifies for:
- Have at least 81 affiliates in your matrix (20 minimum under each of the first 3 positions) and preserve for at least 3 consecutive months = $24,000 car
- Have at least 125 affiliates in your matrix (30 minimum under each of the first 3 positions) and preserve for at least 3 consecutive months = $36,000 car
A 3×4 matrix only houses 120 positions.
Insurance is deducted from the value of the car.
When an affiliate qualifies for a $36,000 car, they can re-insert themselves back into their matrix and build a new position.
It is referred to as an “Ambassador position”.
When the Ambassador position qualifies for a $24,000 car or higher, after the initial 2-year lease period that money can be
- put towards a higher value car or
- paid out as a $1200 payment per month
There is a 3rd tier referred to as a “President position”, wherein the process repeats itself again.
By adding extra positions within their existing matrix and filling them, an affiliate of Privilege Car Club can drive a leased car up to $82,000 approximately in value (or $4800 monthly).
This is probably how better cars can be achieved. However, Privilege Car Club does not go into specifics either on their website or in their compensation documentation.

Privilege Car Club Membership
The affiliate membership of Privilege Car Club is $180 a year plus $75 monthly.
Winding Up
Privilege Car Club bills itself as a “reward based private Crowd-funding club”.
Whenever you see an MLM company marketing itself on the premise of “crowdfunding”, it implies affiliates are paying affiliates.
This is otherwise known as a cash gifting scheme in MLM.
In an effort to distinguish itself from your typical gifting scheme, Privilege Car Club replace 1st tier gifting with a leased car.
The 1st tier needs 81 people paying $75 monthly.
That comes to $6075 monthly, which in 2 years produces $145,800.
Privilege Car Club spends $24,000 on a car.
Actual cash payments don’t start till another $6075 is generated monthly, which doubles available revenue of Privilege Car Club off that single affiliate’s downline. Not forgetting that the company allegedly sells leased cars every 2 years too.
Owing to the multi-leveled nature of a matrix, granted downlines are shared. However, that’s still an important surplus in Privilege Car Club’s favor. You can see another review that we did on a similar company here.
In truth, the business model hinges on the majority of its affiliates not qualifying for a car and still shelling out $75 monthly.
After 14 days they don’t give any refunds.
No matter what the marketing says, most of the affiliates of Privilege Car Club won’t hit and sustain 81 affiliates in their downline.
Whether you alternate cash for an asset of equivalent value or not, affiliates paying affiliates in MLM is still cash gifting.
The leased cars of Privilege Car Club are no exception, particularly when they go on to offer gifting payments (100% derived from fees paid by other affiliates) beyond the $24,000 car tier.
Trying to pass off the gifting payments as “rewards” and making claims that they’re not tied to recruitment is insincere.
Nobody in Privilege Car Club gets a leased car or monthly gifting payments without affiliate recruitment.
Thus both the leased cars in lieu of payment and monthly gifting payments are indeed affiliates of Privilege Car Club getting paid to recruit.
Gifting schemes function in much the same manner as pyramid schemes.
New recruitment is needed to maintain those who joined earlier, with only those with the largest recruited downlines realizing any benefit.
The rest of the affiliate-base of Privilege Car Club loses out, with most of the affiliates taking a loss as recruitment slumps down and the scheme inevitably collapses.
